SENSE-1 is a complete real time oil condition analysis and monitoring kit that can be easily installed on any equipment. It enables you to immediately secure the benefits of real time oil condition analysis and monitoring: reduced maintenance costs and improved reliability.
Real time oil condition (TDN), rate of change and temperature is continuously displayed providing you with an instant and accurate snapshot of the condition of your oil and equipment. Built in configurable analytics trigger alerts in the event of unexpected contamination and the rate of change enables simple prediction of oil end of life (EoL) and maintenance. All data is continuously logged and easily downloaded using the available wired or WiFi interfaces.
SENSE-1 is a plug and play solution, everything you need is included, OQSx-G2 sensor, cables, and display, to quickly and easily install on any equipment and gain the benefits of high quality continuous real time oil condition analysis and monitoring.

Oil Interpreting Guide
Tan Delta technology continuously analyses oil in real time at a molecular level, accurately tracking condition changes as equipment operation causes oil to wear. Rate of change projection enables reliable optimal maintenance forecasting and safe interval increases – thus reduced costs. Contamination or equipment issues cause trend spikes which are instantly detected, enabling immediate evaluation and action as necessary to avoid unnecessary break downs and life-shortening equipment wear.
