An OQS Sensor kit for installations connecting to an existing monitoring system or local display. Includes the OQS sensor and Configuration Pack.

SENSE1 includes our OQS real time oil analysis sensor, and our CAB-J Configuration Cable and software which can be used to configure all Tan Delta sensors. This enables you to configure the sensor to the correct oil type and application and set the data output format that matches your target display.

OQS analyses oil in real time at a molecular level (0.001% accuracy), detecting, analysing and measuring changes caused by wear, contamination or mechanical issues with the equipment itself. This information enables you to significantly cut maintenance costs through using oil fully to the end of its life, undertaking maintenance when actually needed and reducing break downs.

Once you have configured the OQS to the target oil in your equipment, you can install and connect it to your desired display to see the oil analysis data. You can retain the Configuration Kit for future use and means that you only need buy the standalone OQS sensor in the future.

The system continuously displays real-time oil condition (TDN), rate of change, and temperature, providing an accurate snapshot of oil and equipment health. Built-in configurable analytics trigger alerts in case of unexpected contamination, while the rate of change helps predict oil end of life (EoL) and maintenance needs. All data is continuously logged and can be easily accessed via wired or WiFi interfaces.

Tan Delta technology continuously analyses oil in real time at a molecular level, accurately tracking condition changes as equipment operation causes oil to wear. Rate of change projection enables reliable optimal maintenance forecasting and safe interval increases – thus reduced costs.
