iGASair
iGASair
iGASair is our internet gas monitor, which can measure 6 different gas species simultaneously.
iGASair connects to Turnkey’s AirQWeb cloud server, and can be used alongside our range of dust and vibration & noise instruments to allow integrated monitoring of a wide range of environmental measurements. Gas sensors are housed in a shielded manifold and aspirated with an ultra-quiet pump, making it suitable for outdoor and indoor air pollution monitoring.
- Records up to 6 gas species simultaneously
- Automatic zeroing virtually eliminates drift
- Integrated with AirQWeb for live monitoring
- Can be used alongside Turnkey dust monitors
- Usable with our solar/wind off-grid power system
- Product stand NOT included
Product Description
iGASair is a new internet gas monitor from Turnkey. Its multiple gas sensors are housed within a shielded manifold and aspirated with an ultra-quiet pump, making the instrument equally suitable for both outdoor and indoor air pollution monitoring.
Typical sensitivities are given below. Carbon dioxide is detected by means of a nondispersive infrared (NDIR) detector, VOCs (isobutylene) by a 10.6 eV photoionization detector (PID), and the other gas species by means of 4-electrode electrochemical cells. A proprietary zero gas generation scheme is employed to eliminate zero drift in all of the gas sensor cells.
How it Works
Using 4-electrode electrochemical cells, gas species including NOx and ozone are measured simultaneously with sensitivities of better than 10 ppb, and VOCs (isobutylene) by a 10.6 eV photoionization detector (PID).
A built-in zero gas generator is used to eliminate zero drift in the cells, and software algorithms automatically correct for cross-interferences between the gas species. The zero gas scheme eliminates the effects of changes in relative humidity and ambient carbon dioxide which, in the past, have limited the performance of electrochemical cells at ppb levels.
Have Questions? Get in Touch
What is iGas Air and what does it measure?
iGas Air is a compact air quality monitor designed to measure gaseous pollutants such as CO, NO₂, SO₂, O₃, and other target gases depending on configuration. It is used for environmental monitoring, industrial safety, and air quality assessments.
What measurement technology does iGas Air use?
iGas Air uses electrochemical gas sensors, which provide high sensitivity and selectivity for specific gases. These sensors deliver accurate real-time concentration measurements, even at low ppm levels.
Can iGas Air measure multiple gases simultaneously?
Yes. The system supports multi-gas configurations, allowing simultaneous monitoring of different gases based on installed sensor modules. This makes it flexible for varied industrial and environmental applications.
Is iGas Air suitable for portable and field use?
